***Vatos Locos vs Vipers.- Tagged as the 'lucha del extremo', anything goes and is allowed... or something like that, the problem is that they never really set the rules clear, this is not the only case... (more of that later). BTW, Los Vipers were using only their mask, with Military clothes... Vatos were using their gala suits...
Only one fall.- Vatos were on the ring and were not letting the Vipers enter there, so they sent some fireworks into the ring!!! Vatos retreat and the Vipers climb to the ring, only to deliver the cuadruple topes suicidas!!! Don't you love that mindless stuff? Well, it goes into the usual punch, kick, slap, kick, punch, chop fest from there, Maniaco uses a baseball bat, someone goes to get some steel chairs, so the Vipers can chairshot Manson to death...
Psicosis tried his TTB senton w/chair on Manson, but the Vato Loco rolled away and started the comeback, with some chairshoting retribution. Barbwired wrapped sticks come into play, more brawling, violence, some of their usual spots, some of the Vipers leave the ringside area to return with the parts of a table to put Mayflowers there, so Psicosis II could hit a ttb senton to the floor through the table... but the Batos had now their own table, it looked as if they're going to set it on fire, but the referees declared double countout, which, of course, didn't stop the battle.
***Xochitl Hamada vs Pentagon.- In and exhibition match, either 5 or 10 minutes time limit match, they never explained that, but I think it lasted more than 5 minutes. Actually, the match was good, they took it to the mat for about 3 minutes, then Pentagon went on harder on Hamada, with a chocking slam and some suplexes and bodydrops which showed he wasn't going easy on Xochitl. The lady took the tecnico role and could hit some offensive moves and even looked possible for her to get the match, the ending came after Hamada used a tope suicida on Pentagon and the seconds took over, Miss Janeth HAD Abismo Negro into position for the Martinete, but Tirantes prevented that, Pentagon faked a foul and won by DQ.
*** Felino and Heavy Metal vs Kick Boxer and Box Thai.- Tropicasas and Tirantes hair on the line... again.- Now, let me talk about tha rules in PAPSA, chain or cage matches end on DQ, lucha del extremo: anything goes, they get counted out!! Here the rules said that the luchadors could go to the floor or else they would be DQd... what?!! That means that there will be no topes suicidas? No brawling? What? Why didn't they said that before?
Only one fall.- Well, there was a lot of editing and I don't know exactly what went on on the early part of the match, it seem they just fought for a while, the Boxers dominated a while, Felino and Heavy can't work as a tag team yet. I think they tried to stablish some psychology with the RoyalRumblesque rule of falling out of the ring is losing thing, but it didn't really work. Tirantes chained Felino to the cornerpost and gave Thai a pair of nunchakus, used to beat Heavy for a while untill the reaction, Tropicasas took the chain's key from Tirantes, set Felino free, Heavy was juicing, Thai Boxer ended injured and stretched, Tropicasas (I'm assuming this) wanted a one on one battle with Kick Boxer, but he wanted Felino to do the job (ugh?) since Heavy was in 'too bad shape', but Heavy Metal pushed Felino off the apron, and Felino was out of the match! The referee was also injured and 'el Hijo del Tirantes' arrived, he actually helped the tecnicos win with a fast count to Heavy's la casita.
CMLL from Arena Coliseo and Arena Mexico.-
*** Zumbido, Mascara Año 2000 and Gran Markus jr vs Head Hunter A, Tinieblas jr and Emilio Charles jr.-
1.- Zumbido goes on to face Head Hunter, but soon is joined by Chucho Reyes and Markus, rudo brawling, the three rudos go to the mat so Hunter can hit them all with a fat plancha and the tecnicos win the first caida. 2.- Tecnicos are looking better here, they control this fall for a few minutes, then the Head Hunter goes to the ttb, Chucno makes him fall on it and crotch himself, so the referees call it a day and tecnicos won yet again 2-0 by DQ.
*** Satanico, Ultimo Guerrero and Rey Bucanero vs Olimpico, Mr Aguila and Tony Rivera.-
1.- The beatdown starts as soon as possible, they do a little teamwork, and lots of brawling. 2.- More of the same stuff from the primera caida, the Infernales frenzy ends when they tried 'la carreta', when will they learn? Tecnico brawl, Mr Aguila hits a ttb moonsault into the ring on Ultimo Guerrero, then a reverse 450º elbowsmash (more like a 360º+90) to get the pin, Tony pins Satanico with the Hurracanrana. 3.- Infernales re-group and focus on Olimpico, then they go after Aguila, things get even when the tecnicos start hitting some quebradoras con giro, but Infernales won't let that be easy, Satanico is assisted by Bucanero and Guerrero to force Rivera to quit to a el Nudo... Aguila is also defeated by pin and the fall goes to the New Infernales!
*** Black Warrior, Villano III and Pierroth Jr vs Atlantis, Hijo del Santo and Negro Casas.- Pierroth comes out using a Boricua (or something close to that) mask! He said he is now Puerto Rican, so he did another of those rudo turn being rudo already... can you believe that? He was using regular street pants...
1.- After all the years as a pro, Atlantis has not learned that you should not get to the ring by yourself without being ganged up... the other tecnicos are also beated early in the match, soon, Atlantis' mask gets ripped by Villano, besides that, Black Warrior slammed Negro's face to a cornerpost and looked pretty vicious, it was either an accident (and Warrior might be gone from the booking for a while?) or Negro is suddenly taking more punishment, is he going hardcore? Rudos won this fall. 2.- Villano kept punishing Atlantis, who juiced quite a bit, Tecnicos had to react sometime, and they did, but nothing too special save a brief Santito-Black Warrior encounter... Villano ended the reaction by powerbombing and pinning (with some help from the ropes, of course) Atlantis!!
*** Gigante Silva, Mr Niebla, and Super Porky vs Apolo Dantes, Kurgan, Universo 2000 and Cien Caras.- Kurgan and Silva went at it in a slowmotion match, after a while, 'el Hombre de Negro' came out, helped to foul SuperPorky and then handed his cane to Apolo so he could foul Silva, allowing Kurgan to take the match... Hey!!! Why was this a handicapped match?!
