I have been involved with customer support for nearly 15 years in both technical and non-technical fields.
My experience spans general business, including A/R, collections, and sales.
I have worked in various industries including medical, insurance, consulting, and mail order.
I still have a job and one that could be much fun (finally). The Help Desk has been outsourced and I now working on implementing the help desks for other companies looking to outsource. With our own desk under my belt (with some "continuous improvements" required), I now have a new one to do and it is much more complex. If I do well it'll be kudos for me! We'll see!
I have not done anything with the web development stuff yet, but this site definately needs updating! Let's see when I get around to it?
