The following application needs to be printed out and completed then submitted in SH 402. This is as simple as it comes. Just FILL IN THE BLANKS--ALL BLANKS. Follow ALL directions and complete all materials. If the application is not complete or if you miss the Deadline announced in class you will not be cleared for the internship. Students cleared for the internship will be posted on the advising bulitin board outside SH 402 one week following the deadline. |
