BATHORY mastermind Tomas "Quorthon" Forsberg was found dead in his apartment in Stockholm, Sweden on Monday, June 7, informed sources have confirmed to BLABBERMOUTH.NET. The 39-year-old son of Black Mark Records owner Börje Forsberg, long considered one of black metal's founders, died of an apparent heart failure. More information as it becomes available.

This web page is dedicated to the memory of Quorthon and the legacy of Bathory.

I created this web site when I was 17 years old. 7 years ago. Bathory was the biggest influence to me and without Quorthon my music career would've never been a reality. You will me missed man! Thanks for all the great music and inspiration over the years.

This website has not been updated in a very long time. I will be working on a Bathory memorial website very soon. Please stay tuned.
