• PeopleSoft EPM

·         Production:  Developed Unix Korn Shell scripts to use existing job scheduling infrastructure (ESP) to directly execute Application Engine and Informatica maps rather than using the vendor’s delivered interface (Process Scheduler or PowerCenter).  Korn Shell scripts were developed to automate various data/database administration tasks including data archiving, large database maintenance, and data movement/migration tasks.

·         Data Warehouse:  Developed Informatica mappings to build data warehouse in PeopleSoft format.  Transforming data gathered data from multiple sources to build the target DB2 database. Participated in coordinating and maintaining ETL testing environment.

·         Systems Configuration: Developed Application Engine programs and Data Manager metadata to perform various ABM, FTP, and DM procedures as well as managing and coordinating the test environment.         

·         Basel Accord:  Improvised solution to reuse a financial calculator tool for use in a PeopleSoft Unix DB2/UDB system that was written in Visual Basic for an Oracle application--thereby allowing client to meet substantial compliance standards within critical time constraints.  Methodology involved generating XML from PeopleSoft, accessing the financial calculator as a Web Service, and pulling the needed information from the XML response.

·         AP/AM:  Provided technical support for PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and Asset Management modules--including upgrades, MVS Process Scheduler, NT Process Scheduler implementation, AP Paycycle interfaces, 1099 process requirements.  Modified PeopleSoft delivered SQR reports to facilitate user data mining requirements.

·          HR/Payroll: Supported PeopleSoft Human Resources/Payroll system—performing product upgrades, tax updates, data mining requests, check printing, W-2 and other government reporting, and acting as test environment DBA for the test environment.

·         Y2K.  Performed preliminary analysis and sizing of Y2K issues for Hogan Deposit system.

·         Management Accounting: Served as Lead Analyst in developing the bank's in-house management reporting system—including developing systems specifications, systems detail design, and data base design

·         Hogan Banking System: Participated in development of Customer Information and Relationship Manager segments of the Hogan Banking systems project.  I maintained and enhanced both the application and systems level of the Hogan product.

·         Network Administration:  Installed and independently supported servers for the Systems Development area--including selection of server hardware, installation of the Novell Software, Security administration, etc.

• BHIS (Burroughs Hospital Information Systems).  Analysis and programming of reports and data feed processes during the installation phase of the BHIS system installation.

·         MSA Financials.  Programmer analyst on Payroll System, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
