 March was a busy month
First we remodeled the
kitchen. We gutted everything except
the appliances. We replaced the old
cabinets (with their twelve coats of paint) with natural cherry cabinets, and
completely rearranged the layout. We
tried very hard to make it an eat-in kitchen, but there just wasn't enough
room. We do have a small space where
Duncan can eat his breakfast though.

 Jessica Got Married
Alex and Lynette went to
Lincoln for the St. Patrick's day Wedding of her cousin. It was good to see all of the Welter
relatives. Jessica was storybook
bride with a wedding cake in the shape of a castle.

Puerto Villarta
Carl & Lynette went on a romantic
vacation, just the two of them, for the first time since before Duncan was
born. It was truly like a second
honeymoon. The town is so much nicer
than Cancun. We spent time with some
very nice people. The weather was
perfect. We went on a sunset cruise,
a jungle tour, a tequila factory tour, got massages and spent many hours in
the whirlpool. It was lovely.
