It was a another day for the Halliwell sisters: Prue at her office,
Piper at Quake,and Phoebe strolling along the sidewalks of San Francisco
looking for a job. "This job hunting is harder than I thought" complained
Phoebe to Piper after a disappointing afternoon.
"Well, I think you need what you call,patience?"replied
Piper carrying a tray with a glass of martini on it.
"I've been searching and applying for the right job,but
honey,I think patience loss it's patience"whined Phoebe.
Piper was about to say something until she remembered all
the work she has to do,especially one of the waitress
called the day off."I would really like to listen Phoebe,
but I have work"smiled Piper as she brushed through the mobs
of people.Phoebe sighed and sat down at the bar hoping some
guy would come up and ask"Can I get you a job?".
That night,Phoebe had a preminition when she touched the
newspaper.In her preminition,she saw three girls and a man.She
thought it was weird and she doesn't seem to understand.
The following morning,she discussed what happened ."Phoebe,I
think you're just stressed about your job scavenger hunt.Dont you
think?" asked Piper as she inserted the pop tarts in the toaster.
"Maybe those three girls are us,only represented by little girls.We're
really not that old.Are we?"wondered Phoebe who is leaning at the
toaster,waiting for the pop tarts to pop.
"Look Phoebe,whatever your preminition means,I'm sure you'll figure
it out"said Prue,as she dashed out to the door.The pop tarts popped out
and Phoebe grabbed and took a bite at one of them.
"Gotta go,sure you dont want to come?"asked Piper in her friendly tone of
voice.
"No, thanks but I need to rest.Lots of it"replied Phoebe as Piper head out
to the door.The mysterious siamese cat appeared and Phoebe patted it and
said "Guess it's just you and me"
While browsing the Book of Shadows,Phoebe called Prue and reported "Prue,
I scanned the whole thing and there's nothing I mean nothing talking about
three girls and some guy".
"Well Phoebe,why would you exactly find an explanation of your preminition
in the Book of Shadows?"answered Prue in her "You're annoying me" tone of voice.
"Well,the Book of Shadows had helped as a lot with our journeys and maybe it'd
help us this time."said Phoebe while still flipping the BoS.
"Yeah,whatever,and maybe you need to focus more on finding a job?"asked Prue.
Phoebe ended the conversation and she decided to take a walk .
While she was walking ,she came upon a fortune teller shop and came in,hoping
to find answers to her questions.
"Well,I had this preminition,I mean,dream,and it's about three girls and a man.
I dont know what exactly this means,but maybe you could figure it out"explained
Phoebe being careful with the details.
"It's about you and your inner child .You girls are working so hard you need
to reach into your inner child to take a rest and enjoy life"replied the fortune
teller.
"You know what? I think I got it.Thanks."replied Phoebe while handing the ten
dollar charge.
Later that night,Phoebe made an announcement."We need to rest and enjoy our twenties,
and in our thirties,we'll probably enjoy life with our kids."said Phoebe.
"Okay..what exactly do you mean?"answered Prue as she flipped through the pages of a
catalogue.
"We need to bond and take a day off and spend the day shopping at the mall."continued
Phoebe while looking at her sisters.
"What you're saying is that we take a day off to shop?"asked Piper as she turned the
TV on.
"You guys,cooperate.Are you listening?"complained Phoebe."How about Saturday? let's bond
with our inner childhood and let's have fun!"continued Phoebe.
"I can't , I have a date with Andy"snapped Prue while watching Phoebe's smile disappear.
"No can do, Phoebe,one of the chef at Quake's took the month off because of a broken
ankle,injured."said Piper
"How about Sunday?"Phoebe looked serious this time.Prue glanced at Piper,Piper looked at
Prue.
"Okay,Phoebe,if this means so much to you,we can't let a sister down!" answered Piper while
smiling.
"I love being the youngest" replied Phoebe.
It was Saturday and Phoebe was home alone again.Prue have a date with Andy and Piper at
Quake's doing work.Phoebe decided to go to Quakes to spend the time by."And from which
closet did you get that dress?"asked Piper while eyeing Phoebe's little dress.
"It's mine"replied Phoebe with a clever smile.
"So,what's new ,Phoebe?"asked Piper while tossing some vegetables in a huge bowl.
"Well,I'm still hunting for a job and looking for the meaning of my preminition."replied
Phoebe while handing Piper a bottle of olive oil.
"You know what,Phoebe?the truth is out there,not here in the kitchen,so go,I'm busy here"
answered Piper while cooking two dishes at the same time.Phoebe went outside of the kitchen
and ventured to the bar.Then a guy came up to her and asked"Can I get you a job?"Phoebe was
surprised."Excuse me?"she asked.
"Can I get you a drink?"repeated the man.
"Oh,sorry I thought you said something else.Sure."she said.The man introduced himself as
Arnold and later that night,at the parking lot "I really enjoyed your company tonight"said Phoebe.
"Well,let's go out sometime.I'll call you ,okay?"asked Arnold."Sure"answered Phoebe.As Phoebe
was about to turn around and return to Quakes,a hankerchief covered her face that unabled her
to breathe..
"Where's Phoebe?"asks Prue who just came from her date with Andy."She's probably looking for
the truth or maybe on a date with a hunky guy"replied Piper.The phone rang and Prue picked it
up:"Hello?"
"Prue,I'm here at Arnold's apartment,help me."
"Phoebe?"
"Hurry !"
"Where?"
The line went dead."Phoebe's in trouble"said Prue."Let's call the police.We dont know where
she is !"replied Piper.
"We cant,he's probably a warlock,this is our business,not the police's"explained Prue.
"Let's go" Prue said.
"Where?" asked Piper.
Meanwhile,at Arnold's apartment.Phoebe was tied up in a chair while Arnold morphed into a
warlock. His clothes where more like a king and he looked at Phoebe."Honey,I need your power.
I'll give you a job and the meaning of your preminition if you only give me what I want"he
said.
"I'll never give my power to you .I'm not stupid"replied Phoebe. While she was saying this,
she was thinking on how bad she really wanted a job and how she wanted to know what the meaning
of the preminition mean was.
"Prue,where?where are we going?"asks Piper as she flipped the pages of the BoShadows.
"I have no idea.Let's go at Quake's"said Prue.
"Why wont you call the police?there's no big deal.They arrest this guy, Phoebe's going to be okay,
and no harm done !"Piper explained.But she thinks there's no way Prue's mind will change.
"Where's your sisters?"Arnold asked while holding Phoebe's chin.
"What do you know about my sisters?"she replied.
"Hmmm..you little girls have incredible power"he remarked with an evil smile.
"Little girls?what do you know about the preminition?"she asked.
"If you give me your power,I'm going to tell you"he said with an evil laugh.
"Do you know where Arnold lives?"asked Piper to one of the customers.
"Which Arnold? There's lots of Arnolds here"replied them.
"Where the heck does this Arnold live?" Prue asked to Piper.
"Does that Arnold happen to be with a girl,she's kind of a blond,not
too tall,with a black Gucci dress?" asked a girl Prue and Piper couldn't
identify."Yes,where does this Arnold live?"
Arnold chanted words that he said would make him take Phoebe's power without
making Phoebe agree to surrender.As Arnold chanted the last word,he started to
stare at Phoebe and started to take her power...
The door swung open,causing the warlock to get distracted,Prue used her mind
to throw him at the wall."Freeze it,Piper" Piper freezed the time,and helped
Phoebe break free.
"It's Power of Three time" Phoebe said. The time was "unfrozen" and the warlock
shoot fire all over the place.
"The Power of Three will set you free"the Haliwell sisters exclaimed. "Warlocks
begone and never bother us again" And with this chant,a tornado surrounded the
sisters causing the warlock to diminish and vanish forever...
"Whoa.That was easy."said Phoebe.
"It's about time we finally kicked some warlock butt."replied Prue.
It was Sunday and as Prue and Piper promised,the three sisters went to the mall.
"Did you find out what your preminition meant?" Just then,three little kids where
crying in the corner of a hotdog stand.
"Are you guys lost?"asked Phoebe concerned for the little kids.
"Yes,we missed are daddy!"sobbed one of the girls.
"Lisa,Ashley,Allison!!I'm so glad to see you !" replied a man."Daddy!"cried the
three of them.
Prue,Piper and Phoebe remembered when they where little and how they use to get lost
at the mall."Those kids are so like us"remarked Phoebe with one more glance at the
reunited family."But,we're more special..we're witches"said Piper.
