Caring Counseling Ministries also has a radio ministry with a program called "Dare to Care" airing twice weekly on WGGH radio station in Marion, Illinois. The program can be heard every Monday and Wednesday morning from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Topics covered on the program include such things as Promise Keepers, Political Review, Suicide, Eating Disorders, How to Listen to God, and Halloween. Kent Mattox and Terry Jackson host the program and are joined by a variety of Christian guests in the Southern Illinois area.
