10-18 I finally have a few minutes to update this crappy excuse for a page. We're in New Jersey right now sitting at Sean's (the drummer of Lanemeyer) house. The tour has been excellent thus far, and we only have two more weeks til we're home. Our new split CD is out. I'm not sure if it's going to be available in stores for sometime, but we have them at our shows. We have 4 brand new songs plus a new rendition of a hidden song off of Ghost Stories on the CD. We'll be back in Chicago on Halloween and 10 days later we'll be off to Europe to tour for a month or so. We also got asked to be on a compilation that THICK RECORDS is putting together. It's going to be a 12 band compilation that features one 7inch record for every month of the year 2001. It's going to be a limited pressing of 500 clear 7inches per band. (thank you Billy) We also got asked to be a part of the annual Blue Meanies Christmas Show at the Metro this December 23rd, w/ the Arrivals and the Tossers. That should be an amazing show, so don't miss it. Before I forget, if anyone is wondering who the kid is on the main page of this site, it's Casey Morgan from Lanemeyer, I'm on his computer and I don't have any pictures to work with so I threw that one up. We just got picked up by a new booking agent and our plans for the new year include a possible February-March tour with Automatic 7 and the Wunder Years, writing and recording a new record, and touring Japan in the summer. It's going to be a busy year for us and we're all very excited. I just want to say thank you to everyone that's come out to see us and given us places to sleep on this tour. A thousand thank you's. I think that's pretty much everything. I'll try to update this a little more often. |
