Category: Civil Rights violation: Request by Attorney to Shelter for Chris Walters to stay until next Thursday: 6PM June 14, 1997, weekend shelter manager David explains Chris  Walters will be asked to leave facility if he is caught using bathroom in other men's dorm.  Men bathroom in my dorm broken for 3 weeks. David Culpepper stated in June 1998 that Dr. Johnson called from Birmingham, Al and asked to have access to shelter denied.

Nurse Practioner McCarty at Greater Meridian Health Care Inc of Meridian, Mississippi wrote a prescription to treat Chris Walters fungus infection on posterior/buttocks. Prescription for Lotrim was filled in Tuscaloosa, Alabama by Temporary Emergency Services.

Tube of Lotrimin was filled and treatment appears to Chris Walters to have been effective.
