Dainty drifts
like falling apple blossoms
snow in May
Gliding amidst flakes
two ospreys circle and scream
sudden May snowfall
In the new snowfall
young girl twirls her red coat
pretty as Christmas
Flash of bright colors
hummingbird hovers around
fake bird in wind chimes
Quilt of white petals
miniscule posies peek
between my toes
Like snowdrifts
heaped magnolia petals
in moonlight
