Unknown States

WHAT STATE?

I can really use some help trying to figure out what state each of the following patches are from.  I received them from other collectors but have no idea what state or era they were used from.   If you can identify any of these patches please email me (pcso9030@yahoo.com) and let me know the agencies name and what state.
