John Grudzinski has been a member of the Calabrians Multicultural World Society Inc. since its conception in 1985. He has been a proactive force for the organization, helping it to become one of the largest and most recognized in Canada. Committed to the principles of egalitarianism, multiculturalism and social justice, Mr. Grudzinski brings passion and positivism to his initiatives.
Mr. Grudzinski was born and raised in Poland, and fought valiantly for the Allied Forces in England as a Spitfire Pilot during the Second World War. He is recognized as a soldier, a musician, his education and years of teaching experience as well as his dedication to humanitarianism. In May 2003 at the 18th Anniversary of the Calabrians Multicultural World Society Inc., Governor Orlando Tridico presented John Grudzinski with an International Award Certificate recognizing lifetime achievement.
