Cool Buildings around here...These are some pictures of buildings and such around Tech. I like photography, so sometimes my artistic side creeps up, and I end up with rolls of random pictures like this...
This is the Georgia Capitol building. The dome at the top is actually coated in a sheet of gold! It's pretty spectacular if you ask me!

The Infamous Shaft
If you're not from Tech, you won't appreciate this picture. But for those of you who know what it's all about... here's to all the tests, professors, classes, parking, etc. that have had the honor of having the word "shaft" applied to them! Tech Tower
T-E-C-H... sometimes read E-C-H when some student finally loses it and takes on the Tech Tower. "Stealing the T" is one of the traditions that Tech will always celebrate. The building also serves other purposes, like administration and stuff. I really think it's quite pretty. When you see it from across Atlanta, you know you're not far from "home". |
Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel
This is that awesome hotel with a rotating restaurant at the top. It is also where Zeta formal is this year... I'm excited. I just think it's a beautiful building... don't you? |
