Lets do away with Bad Traders
If you come
across a Bad Trader here are a few things you can do.
1. Internet Fraud
Complaint Center - The center reviews major complaints and refers them to law
enforcement or regulatory agencies. Forms are at www.ifccfbi.gov/complaint/default.asp
2. File a complaint with the national fraud center:
http://fraud.org
(or call 1800-876-7060)
3. If your complaint involves the U.S. Postal Service:
visit their webpage at: http://www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect/
Contact The Postal Inspectors at 1-800-353-8177
Email your the details of your situation to the USPS inspection Service:
mailto:fraud@uspis.gov
4. File a complaint with the better business bureau:
http://www.bbb.org/sitemap/index.html
(This really only applies to those people claiming to be a business)
5. Also contact the state attorney generals office in the state where the
accused resides; most offices have fraud/consumer affairs offices, ask to file
a report.
6. **Report them to their ISP (for example hotmail, etc.)** Most ISP's do not
want their email addresses used for illegal activities and will shut down any
verified abuse.
