1) How I hate to leave the peace
of that half awake state that comes
when tucked snuggly in the soft sunlight
    of a chilly spring morn,
where reality can't close in on me
like an insurmountable brick wall. 2) Contented Bliss,
Knowledge notices nothing else. 3)Through the morning mists of my mind,
massaging messages start to seep sent from the source of my sensations. 4)I did not want to leave
    my peaceful position.
One by one - awed senses
    awaken awareness. 5)Subconsciously
 a gay little tune
    plays on my
       mind.

6) A Faint Smile Drapes Across MY LIPS
                 like
Wispy clouds trying to clothe THE RISING SUN 7)Breathing a Beautiful Ballad,
 Boldly Pronouncing Pleasure,
Not Ruled by Rhyme Nor Rhythm,
     But Resounding
Spontaneity! 8)A little thought lifts consciousness to the next level. -- Realization! 9) Realization!
      I'm merely
     Humming harmony
    to another's melody,
   a delicate ditty,
  a song bird's
delightful dawn descant DANCING ON MY EARDRUMS 10) I note other voices joining this
Sweet soprano solo:-- 11)A terrified tenor attacking a tune, an insect in search of a life, 13) A
 Babbling
 Brook's
 Baritone
 Battletune,
 Burgeoning
 Battalions
 Boldly
 Beatingout
Bravery, 14)together, they ferment into a formidable flowing form.

15)The early morning rays
    highlight a command performance,
 The chorus of creation
Praising their maker's craftmanship. 16)The spotlight of warm inviting sunshine
   SLASHES
        ON
        ME 17)Contrasting sunbeam and shadow
    Plunge in playful pirouette
As free from gravity as a
    Ballet dancing Marionette
 Against drawn curtains
in stark silhouette. 18)On this flickering phantom
    eyes reluctantly focus,
 forced to reveal
    through the veil of sunlight
 a Resplendent Red Robin
    whose heart and soul
 is soaring in the heavens
    with the angels, Rejoicing.

19)Enraptured
 by the
 energetic
 expression of
 ecstatic
 effervescence
 eagerly
 emanating
 forth
 from
 every
 friendly
 feather
 and
 feature. 20) I
             watch,
        spellbound,
 in serene silence, 21)Mesmerized
 By
      all the elements conspiring,
      the magic of her manner,
      her merry movement,
her mystical music, 22) Caressed by
     these furtive fingers
I float off to the freedom
   found in the heavens.
How could I fly without fear? 23) Later when the sun
        is high in the sky,
    the little Robin has gone,
and the air is quiet and still,
I go out to face the world,
        a song in my spirit,
        a spring in my step,
And the memory of the enchantment remaining.
