** PARENT/CAMPER AGREEMENT: I understand that the camp leaders will take all responsible care of my child whilst at camp and that SU or its representatives will note be liable in any injury or accident, or for damage or loss of property. I give my consent for and agree to pay for any necessary medical treatment. I understand that in case of unacceptable behaviour, campers will be sent home from camp.

** SU HOLIDAYS:

Our approach to camping is to make each camp a quality holiday, catering for the whole person. SU holidays are conducted by SU, a world-wide interdenominational movement. Our camps are staffed by voluntary leaders, with a mix of experienced, trained people and new leaders apprenticed in youth camping. Leaders pay the same fees as campers. Salaries of full-time SU staff are paid from donations and not from campers fees. In 1998 we ran 80 camps with over 2500 campers and 1000 leaders. Each camp consists of a balanced program aimed at meeting physical, social, mental and spiritual needs. The daily Bible talks and discussions have helped many to know that the Christian faith is practical and relevant to everyday life. Personal attention, good supervision and careful safety precautions are assured.

** PARENT/CAMPER INFORMATION:

• Please return the form to the person indicated, not SU (unless stated otherwise).
• Apply early to avoid disappointment. Camps close when full, or are cancelled if insufficient numbers apply.
• A letter advising full camp and travel needs will be sent prior to camp. Please phone if there is any delay.
• A detailed "Medical Information Form" will be sent upon receipt of an application. This must be completed and returned before the holiday.
• Some fincancial help may be given in cases of genuine need -- enquiries made through the relevant co-ordinator.
• Bookings cannot be made over the telephone, though enquiries are most welcome.
• SU may withhold a late cancellation fee.
• SU reserves the right to reject applications.
