It was a big game for bottom malaysian club Lumpur as they searched for there first three points of the season. A very steady game followed with very few and far between chances at goal. But the deadlock was broken when Lumpur striker Saravanan got his first goal of the season to make it 1-0. The score stayed 1-0 right until the last 10 minutes from when Kedah started to pressure as they saw the Leaky Lumpur defence could conseed a goal. But it wasnt the defence that was to conceed it... The started a mad session for the lumpur keeper who ran full out of area and kick the ball half way up field, the ball bounced straight to Kedah Midfielder Ismail who calmly volleyed the ball home from 50 yards with the goalkeeper stranded outside his area. 1-1. The draw meant that Lumpur remained Bottom. The Lumpur managed was reported after the match to be very disappointed not to get all 3 points.

The FILC last night gave Goteborg player Erlkingmark a 5 game ban after his diving incident against local rivals Malmo. Erlingmark was not avaliable for comment...

FC Koln Defender Baumann will be going up in fornt of the FILC due to his high card rate. Out of 6 games Baumann has only played 2 as he as been suspended for the other 4 by picking up 2 yellow cards. Baumann, who is currently serving a 2 match afte picking up a yellow card in a 1-0 home win against Werder Bremen. Baumann was quaoted at saying 'I dont know what has happened, i am not a vicious player.' The verdict will be posted as soon as the news is known..
