Tips & Tricks
- Read and learn. Browse pages of website and read their contents.
That is the tutorial. If you encounter errors, learn from their
messages.
- Intai yourself. Spy your own Yahoo! Messenger
and see the result. Ideally you put your steady Yahoo! ID in user
list so you can monitor the Y! Intai's bot mana.
- Keep user list as small as possible (below 100). You don't want
to spy thousands. Select special ones. Configure refresh interval
wisely so the automatic refresh won't run too often.
- Back-up. Always create back-up before and after modifying user
list. This is done by exporting to YIU file.
- Login at Yahoo! page. Online detection will fail eventually
after refreshing several times especially on large user list.
Refresh the bot at Yahoo! door.
- Relogin. Tell Y! Intai to sign-in again on
automatic refresh. The bot will live longer.
- Find webcams. You may want to set Y! Intai
only to find webcams. It is faster and safer. You can refresh
online status manually (Refresh Of) anytime later.
- Be organized. Put users in groups. Save captured webcam images
with date as subfolder names option on. It would be easier to
maintain.
- Multi guilty. If you run more than one Y! Intai
at the same time, remember that the last terminated Y!
Intai will write the INI file.
- Observer wins. See other users experiences they share in guestbook
and user groups. Shares yours as generous you are.
