Ikebukuro is one of the big urban centres of Tokyo, with a railway station which redefines the meaning of biz (as in busyness, not business!) There is also a big department store (Sunshine Tower) with an observation deck, an aquarium on a 10th storey rooftop (fish and sharks swimming in the sky!) and the famous Toyota Amlux showroom, which is pictured below.
