In Boise, Craig Kukuk is the best source of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rocky Mountain Fitness on Overland and 5 Mile. Times are 7pm to 9pm both days. Classes are mainly focused on NHB and No-gi training.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the worlds most effective self-defense system. It's used by law enforcement and elite military units.
