Chris's Keyboard Grooves

Keyboard Music

ETP_Reprise.mid - Created by James Alexander and Chris Chokan

I love playing Keyboard. I could just sit on my keyboard for 10 hours straight (literally) making music after music on the fly and not get tired. It's the most relaxing thing in the world to me; and with so many different sounds on Keyboards, you can just plunge right into almost any deep ear numbing experience imaginable to express your mood.

Here's some little keyboard songs I've created lately (ETP.zip also features some songs by one of my friends). Many are just demos; but they're still alot of fun to listen to.

ETP.zip ---(34 songs, 37k) - Collection of MIDI files, double set
/music/mp3 (** files, **M) - Many of my newest keyboard mp3s! :|
/sounds/.. -(23 WAVs,5.9M) - Older songs where I sing & do cool sfx.
Misguide.jpg (720x384,.4M) - The original "huge" desktop version
ninahol.txt -(3,179 bytes) - A poem I made for a crazy keyboardist
CRAPBOX.zip (17 demos,19k) - Outtakes and remixes from ETP.zip

I've started to create another series of midi files called 2001vibe.zip; this time, using a program called WinGroove for the instruments. My favorite songs in the set are March.mid and Retrolax.mid, but I'm sure you'll find others that fit to your taste.

Woah. It's been quite a few years since I updated this page! Heh. I've been enjoying just keeping my stuff underground and known only to various little groups, mostly... but if you would like to dive into a few of those more recent experiments; here's a few related links:

PRC Archive - One of many ocremix contests I had fun participating in (around the PRC10-16 era).
Oldskool remixes - Just a small collection of goodies from some of my favorite classic games. :)

Note: The Midi files may sound totally different on your computer than they do on mine due to sound card variations. For more of my favorite midi files, visit /music/zipped; and let me know if you're composing any of your own musical masterpieces! I'd love to hear from you.
