VERTEBRA |
Not like the other brand that once the toe sliders come off they seen to never stay on again real well. Also the Malleolus (ankle) sliders are also replaceable that screw on.
Not velcro'd on. The curb deflector is replaceable & adjustable and screwed on too.
The heel is composed of double density material.
The Metatarsus (outside side of foot) is anatomically shaped with a slider.
The best feature is the highly articulated VERTEBRA SYSTEM (protects the back part of the leg)is the main support structure of the boot.
Each joint of the VERTEBRA SYSTEM moves independently.
Lorica is a composite microfiber material created from a strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousandth the thickness of silk.
When injected with special resins, these fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the addition of better strength, softer texture, lighter weight and better moisture protection.
Lorica is also highly resistant to abrasion--yet it still breathes, with more than three million pores per square centimeter.
Eash to maintain, Lorica doesn't stain and can't be scratched.
My choice is the red vertebra.
