Upon entering, a thousand sparkling colors enter your vision. You shield you eyes, but seconds later the sparkling goes away and you can see again. You notice the selves upon selves of Materia Orbs, sparkling in the sun. Then, you hear a recording play. "Hello, and Welcome to the Materia Store! We have thousands of top-of-the-line models, as well as a few older versions. Please leave pay on counter, as if you do not, you will be hunted down by the Materia Keeper and beaten to a mushy pulp. Thank you! And have a nice day."
Yep, Griffonsoil uses Materia. Not to say you cant use other magics, be my guest and be diverse. But for spells that aren't your first element of choice (you filled that out in the Citizen Application) use Materia, then learn the element from a teacher. If for nothing else, just to keep me calm. ^_^
