You walk into the small building that resembles a DMV's office. After waiting in a short line, you make it to the front of the room where a woman slides a clipboard your way. She looks like Pattie from the Simpsons. "Sign this if you want to join," She says, "And look that the board over there to see who's already a citizen. That'll be eight dollars."
