Where he started:
Jason's acting career started when he was just 4 years old. He convinced his mother that he could do what other children on TV were doing. So his mom, a former dancer/actress/choreographer/singer took him to her agent. Little Jason's dreams soon became a reality, as he started doing local commercials. By the age of eight, he starred in his first made-for-television movie, "Stacey" for the Canadian Broadcasting Company.

Last year(1996), Priestley competed in eight of ten races and earned three top-ten finishes, including a personal-best second place in the series finale at Dayton International Speedway in Florida.

If you're having dinner in Carmel, Calif., and the wine steward looks familiar, it could be actor Jason Priestley. At the invitation of an old friend, chef Francesco Soldá, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star became a partner in the new La Gondola Ristorante, which has a 16th-century
Venice motif. Priestley, an oenophile who has some 3,000 bottles in his private collection, helps buy wine for the restaurant. On opening night
the actor pitched in by uncorking more than a dozen bottles for
surprised customers.
