There are sometime we work hard but we don't’t get the desired result. This may be due to a lack of a futuristic approach towards the problem. This is like a story about two brothers were working in same organization. They joined the organization on same day, but one became the head of a group of team members and the other one who worked hard remained in same position.

One day he asked to boss why he was in the same position. His boss asked him to go and find out the price of an item. He went and told his boss the price. Then boss asked the other brother to go and find out the price of another item. He went but he reported back with the price and all the details relating to the item.
