The main objective of this web-based training is to make co-workers who are being trained more enthusiastic and co-operative. The training material will guide training staff to achieve their individual and organizational goals.

At the end of this training session there is a assessment paper to be completed by co-workers who are being trained.

The hard copy of the completed assessment paper should be submitted to the WBT administrator.
