11/04/02 Revised Expert
Food Safety Insert for Expert Manual will be arriving within the
next 2 weeks, remove old ones and discard, replace with new insert.
Voicemail Bob when you receive your inserts.
11/04/02 Also you will be receiving 150 Book-It Medallions
for the Book-It Program to be handed out to children who complete
the Book-It Program. Make sure we are giving them extra
attention and make an elaborate scene for their presentation.
11/07/02 A new coaching tool has been developed to help resturaunt
team members execute the proper amount and distribution of the Chicago
Dish pizza sauce. This must be placed at the cut table and each pizza
should be checked against it to determine if it is using the correct amount
of sauce.
11/11/02 Congratulations to Johnathon and the Glenwood
Crew on their 94% CER!!! Way to go guys!!!
11/11/02 Bad Check Collections are now put under Miscellaneous
Receipts (Act# 70840000) and deposited apart from the nightly money.
Deposit slips need the following information: Check Writers Name,
Bad Check Collection Account #, and Amount Deposited. After being
deposited attach to your daily paperwork. Check your bad checks on hand and
compare to P&L.

11/11/02 P&L's will be moved to the Wed 22nd for
the southern stores and Thur 23rd for the northern stores.
11/11/02 Gift Certificates have been mailed to many
stores, when you recieve yours send a voicemail to Bob immediately verifying
delivery.
11/18/02 Harper Pizza Huts are now participating in a program known
as Product Quality Verification (PQV) during your CER, the ops specialist
will order carryout pizzas, including current national rollout or lovers
line, to inspect topping amount and distribution. The pizzas will be
compared to a laminated photo and photographed. Direct feedback will
come in a report on spec level execution and distribution.
11/18/02 Pizza Hut will be keeping The Chicago Dish as a
regular menu item!!! Keep your pop in good condition, as the special
will return midway through 2003. In order to maintain interest
in the product leave your table tents out. Keep your banner for future
use as well.
11/18/02 All stores need to be rounding deposits to the nearest
dollar. This includes nightly deposits as well as Bad Check Collections
and Misc. Receipts.
11/25/02 Congratulations to Ruth and the Lamoni crew for their 93%
CER. Great Job Guys!!! Product Quality is hurting us the most
so everyone whos preparing for their CER... Watch your product!!!
11/25/02 Labor is slowly crawling back up towards the danger zone,
everyone needs to focus on your schedule and regain control of the labor issue.
11/25/02 All Banners and Window Clings need to be up for the Dish
with a 2.99 med 1 topping.
11/27/02 Congrats to LeeAnn and her crew who recieved a 93% on their
CER!!!
