Brenda McElwain, a retired substitute teacher, works as a part time wait
person at the Corning Pizza Hut. Brenda's unique way of dishing out
customer mania is by carrying an apron full of goodies: Suckers, butterscotch,
jolly ranchers, etc. which she offers to customers who arent quite crazy
about the cinnamon dinner mints. She also gives them out in near endless
supplies to the numerous children that frequent the store. Thanks Brenda,
for taking customer service to the next level.
Adam Goodvin, a shift manager at Corning Pizza Hut, delivers customer
mania in a number of ways. On 911, he brought flag shaped stickers
to work and made sure they were delivered with every ticket to show our
patriotism. He is one of the first people to organize the crew when we need
to sing happy birthday to a crowd in the dining area. He even organizes
"contests" and such for tables with a bunch of kids, giving the winner a
small prize such as a kids toy or free 20 oz soda. Kudos to Adam for
helping facillitate customer mania to all of our customers.
Also, a quick shout-out to Alyssa and Rachel, two of my service staff members
here in corning. They deserve recognition for their outstanding performances
this year, being vital parts of our team and helping make those busy friday
nights run a little bit smoother. Thanks for your hard work and showing
us what C.H.A.M.P.S. is all about!!!!
