The Colts placed backup tight end
Mike Seidman on injured reserve on Saturday, the Indianapolis Star
reports. Seidman suffered a knee injury earlier in the week. He
played only three games in 2006 due to a torn ACL in his right knee.
Seidman tore the ACL in his left knee in 2003.

The Colts signed tight end Mike
Seidman. Seidman played four years with the Panthers, starting 15
games and totaling 18 catches for 158 yards and two touchdowns. He
missed all but three games last season with a knee injury.
