The Clean Water Alliance works with groups in Iowa and Minnesota to protect the water quality in Dickinson County. The Clean Water Alliance protects the water quality in Dickinson County at the watershed level that is the reason for protecting areas in Iowa and Minnesota. To protect the water quality the Clean Water Alliance has created a Long Range Plan that coordinate the efforts of all groups concerned with water quality.
