• CONSTRUCTION NOTES!!!! Coming From Des Moines - Osceola - Creston - Chariton, Iowa Using U.S. 34 or Interstate 35 Southbound NOTE: As of 5/1/2009 there is major construction in the Osceola area on U.S. 34 on the west side of Osceola and Two Way traffic on I-35 from Osceola Exit 33 for U.S. 34 to the Van Wert Exit 22 for Decatur County J-14. This has closed accesss to Exit 22. Exits 36 and 34, which are the exits for IA 152 and The Clay St/Casino Exits as of today are fully operational and both have access to U.S. 69 inside of Osceola..ALL BUSINESSES ON U.S. 34 IN OSCEOLA (HOTELS/WAL-MART/RESTAURANTS) ARE OPEN!!!!! Following are the directions to the meet from the junction of U.S. 34 and U.S. 69 in Osceola....

• From the U.S. 69 Junction in Osceola head SOUTH on U.S. 69 9 miles until you reach the turnoff for Decatur County J-12 (AKA Clarke-Decatur Ave.) turn left heading EAST 2 miles until you reach Weldon..Community Center Will Be on RIGHT.

• From Kansas City - Leon - Mount Ayr - Corydon, Iowa Using Interstate 35 Northbound....

• Use Exit 22 for Decatur County J-14 take a RIGHT heading EAST on J-14 through the town of Van Wert, at the Stop Sign for U.S. 69 take a LEFT heading NORTH on U.S. 69 2 miles until you reach the turnoff for Decatur County J-12 (AKA Clarke-Decatur Ave.) turn RIGHT heading EAST 2 miles until you reach Weldon..Community Center Will Be on RIGHT.
