The Division of Criminal Investigation is the lead special investigation agency for the State of Iowa. DCI Agents serve as Gaming Agents on river boats, conduct difficult internal state investigations and administer the Iowa Sexual Offender index. However, the DCI is foremost the go-to agency for all major crimes in Iowa. Agents and their crime scene vehicles criss-cross the state investigating the most brutal crimes in Iowa.
