Established October 15, 1994 at New Market, Iowa
The Heartland Region of the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association first met on October 15, 1994 at New Market, Iowa with 13 Charter Members. Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska are the feature states. our Annual Meet is held in October in a location near the center of the region. On October 10, 2009 it will be in Atchison, Kansas, in 2010 it will be held in Northwestern Missouri. |

Membership
Annual Dues are $8, which includes the annual meet and 4 issues of our quarterly newsletter following the meet. COME JOIN US IN THE HEARTLAND!!!!
