Established October 15, 1994 at New Market, Iowa
The Heartland Region of the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association first met on October 15, 1994 at New Market, Iowa with 13 Charter Members. Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska are the feature states. Our Annual Meet is held in October in a location near the center of the region. On October 13, 2012 it will be held at the Nemaha County Fairgrounds in Auburn, Nebraska, and in October 2013 we will hold it in Northeastern Kansas. We are also proud to announce that we will be the "Host Region" for the 2012 ALPCA International Convention in Des Moines, Iowa in the Summer of 2012!!!! |

Membership
Annual Dues are $10, which includes the annual meet and 4 issues of our quarterly newsletter following the meet. COME JOIN US IN THE HEARTLAND!!!!
