The South O'Brien Marching Band (What it is all about). The main emphasis of the band program is on
musicianship, showmanship, pride of accomplishment, morale, tradition, spirit, loyalty, and especially citizenship. It
is the pride of a job well done and the accomplishments achieved that make the sacrifice worthwhile. The success
of the organization will lead to success of the individual, and the success of the individual will lead to the success
in the organization
The Band is under the Direction of Mr Neil Peterson, the Color Guard Design team is
led by Kelly Peterson and Jamie Hurd. The Marching and Visual Design for both Parade and Field is done by Patrick Byrnes.
The South O'Brien Marching Wolverines are comprised of 62 volunteer members grades nine through twelve. The South O'Brien High School proudly offers a
a comprehensive music program, two concert bands, marching band, pep band,jazz band and several small ensemble opprotunities.
