She was extremely sweet and gentle and kind, almost to the point where you wanted to piss her off just to make her be mean. She never was, though. She was extremely mature for a fourteen year old. When I was fourteen I was not polite at all. SPOILERS BELOW Cecelia had diabetes and when she was recruited into Dimension 2, she had trouble with her blood sugar since they didn't have the right medicines. She ended up dying in the hospital after a long, drawn-out period where it seemed like she might actually recover.
