December 15, 1944-The Keyaki is commissioned and assigned to Destroyer Squadron 11 for training operations.
March 15, 1945-The Keyaki is assigned to Destroyer Division 53, Destroyer Squadron 11.
April 1, 1945-The Keyaki is reassigned to the Second Fleet temporarily.
April 20, 1945-The Keyaki is reassigned to the Combined Fleet.
July 15, 1945-The Keyaki is assigned to the Osaka Guard District and disarmed.
August 1945-The Keyaki is surrendered.
1945 through 1947-The Keyaki is used for repatriation duties.
July 5, 1947-The Keyaki is transferred to the United States. The destroyer is then sunk as a target vessel off Yokosuka.
