The Gamemasters' Council is the group that tells the story and runs the game. GMs have to be good storytellers. If you become a GM, you will be assigned to a group. Either you will be a battle GM, which means you will help run some real battles between the NR and the Empire, or you will be a group GM, which means you run all training missions for that group.
