Isaac Newton's classical mechanics treated space and time as independent functions. The derivatives of space and time, velocity, and acceleration, were considered independent, open, and free of restriction.

Einstein's spacetime model, on the other hand, was restricted by the boundary created by the velocity of light in a vacuum.

This gave closure in post Newtonian spacetime, to the radiated energy theorized by 'Maxwell's Equations' for electromagnetic propagation.
