I am a British native of Baltic German decent. Having studied German, French and Italian I lived and worked in Munich for two years. I've bee living rurally in Wales again for 10 years, mainly teaching German in adult education.

My quest to discover how to live a healthy and whole life began in earnest during a 6 year period in California and Hawaii. (Prior to that I'd been working as a Marketing Executive in London for 4 years.) Out of the "rat race" I had the time to find my own natural rhythm, to let nature work its magic and to immerse my self in nourishment. I worked part-time as a wholefood cook and did an apprenticeship on a biodynamic farm.

The interests I developed include: spirituality, meditation, yoga, religions, pre-christian Goddess religions, American Indian life style and world view, Tarot, I Ching, massage and other therapies, various forms of creative expression including African drumming and dance, belly dancing, playing the accordion, singing and improvisation.

Nature continues to play a vital role in my life with my family. My partner and I are educating our 4-year-old son (we're working part-time only) and we meet up with other families doing the same. We spend a lot of time in wild places. My personal healing / development continues. I'm undergoing a channelled inner journeying therapy.
