Mountainview Stables is located on 850 acres full of pastures and paddocks, trails and a cross country course, brooks and woods. It caiters to every discipline, and of course has a beautiful view of the nearby mountain range!
We strive for the best results in our performance horses, with our breeding program emphasising on athletic ability, soundness, and temperment. We have mainly light breed horses that show in a variety of disciplines. We have extensive training facilities. We also board here at Mountainview, which includes the use of all our training facilities. The fee depends on how many horses you have but is around $250 per month. We don't usually sell many of our youngstalk, besides prearranged sales, but if you have you're eyes on a special horse email me and we can work out a private treaty.
Our facilities include:
- A stallion barn, mare barn, and horses in training barn
- Each barn has eighty 20x20 padded stalls
- Each barn has 2 tack rooms, 3 tack-up areas, 3 wash bays w/ heated water
- We have 2 indoor and 2 outdoor arenas that are each 200x100
- We have a cross country course on the grounds
- Each arena has a judge's booth and lounging area
- We have a heated indoor conditioning pool
- A 2 mile dirt racetrack
- A 2 mile turf racetrack
Our barns and arenas are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer
