rating of student achievement in each performance area will be 3 or higher on a
scale of 1-4.
Statement of Actual Results: students met expected results in all performance
areas except mechanics. The average rating of student achievement in
this area was 2.60.
Problems Encountered

students experienced problems with mechanics, particularly with spelling
and punctuation.
