Intended Outcome # 3. Students utilizing Career Services will demonstrate competency in resume development skills.

Service: Job Search Skills Assessment Focus: Impact on Learning

Assessment Measures and Techniques. Students will develop resumes during their first or second year of study. Staff will evaluate resumes using an assessment rubric selected by the division assessment committee.

Assessment Criteria/Expected Results. The average rating of student achievement in each performance category will be 3 or higher on a scale of 1-4.
