The Facilities Department at Lake City Community College exists to provide the physical environment needed to enhance to College mission and to plan and execute adequate resources for future needs.

Facilities department will respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Staff to review automated work order system to ensure maintenance request are processed in a timely manner

Facilities should respond to at least 85 percent of requests with in three working days of request.

Average response time was 6 days. The goal was not met due to Banner System conversions leading to longer parts delays.

Will continue to improve response time.

 

Provide environmentally friendly (energy efficient) buildings to Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Staff to review Maintenance logs and reports to the manage a cost effective operation of Buildings

Staff to manage energy efficiency of campus to a least 75-80 percent cost of baseline year.
