Grandpa,
There Are many things I will remember that will keep you in my heart: Fishing on the river, catching big carp with the dough ball you made yourself. A trip to Pipestone, a blue Chev pick-up, black pepper and sage. Tattoos and western books, polished rocks, and Cribbage. Picking dandelions to make wine, homemade root beer, and black walnuts. Webster City and Pear Harbor Day. A dollar bill stuck into my hand. Talks, understanding and love. I will remember you and miss you the rest my earthly life. I will remember you with love and Some day we will hold hands again in heaven.
With Love,
Valerie
