Princess Kayuu reigned Kinmoku as a gentle ruler. Times were peaceful, then the Sailor Galaxia detroyed that peace during the Holy Wars (also known as Sailor Wars) which lasted for many long years throughout the galaxy before Sailor Moon ever got involved.
After her kingdom was destroyed, all of her people escaped to earth. Among her subjects were the Sailor Satarlights who protected her.
She then followed her loyal subjects to Earth in order to restore her kingdom. She embarked on a mission to get the Light of Hope which turned out to be Chibi Chibi Usagi.
Sailor Uranus and Neptune stayed Usagi away from her fearing that the princess was a set up or maybe just plain evil. Though in the end the princess and Usagi fought Galaxia. Then she was felled by Galaxia sadly.(wah!)
In the end she reappears with the Starlights and they fade in the light.
