....In our daily lives we are influenced by what goes on around us. The people we meet and associate with, our surroundings, television, commercials, videos, radio, music, work, our pace of life, responsibilities, and all the stresses that come with living, all have an impact and effect on our health, outlook, perception and quality of life.....In the fast pace of this nation, the basic diet of its people has become the same. The fast foods that have been adopted are for convenience, not for health. The trade off is time saved verses quality nutrition. What you receive from this diet is a low concentration of nutrients and a high concentration of devitalized, oil saturated, fat producing, toxic foods. Mankind's original design wasn't created for such a diet.
....Through the false ideals of commercialism, the delusions of dietary habits and options have played havoc on man's thinking. He's lost the conception of what's good for himself instead of what tastes good and is easy to pick up or quick to prepare. The companies who promote such products have no desire to see people healthy but watch the bottom line of their profit margin. To further the producers margin of profit, they've added preservatives and other chemicals to their products to lengthen its shelf life. To produce more and speed up this process they've also added artificial fertilizers to the earth and spray their crops with toxic insecticides. Unknowingly the people who consume these products also consume the chemicals used to grow and protect them. For in using these chemicals, the plants have absorbed them through their root systems and it becomes apart of their structure. On top of this travesty, if you add all the petro-chemical and industrial pollution in the water we drink and in the air we breath, its little wonder this nation of people hasn't degenerated any more than it has.
....It's shameful that there are so many people that are uncaring, callused or just ignorant in their actions towards others. Their personal greed and selfishness have caused them to promote such lies. What's worse and even heart breaking is that there are those who try to live up to such deceptions, thinking its normal or the correct way to be. These deceivers of the human race, in time, will have to answer for their actions and deeds and correct their errors, either in this life or in the hereafter.
