Planning for School Improvement A Guide to Writing Your Comprehensive Plan
		Welcome to the Arrowhead Area Education Agency website on Comprehensive School Improvement Planning. This site is dedicated to serving the needs of local Iowa school districts as they develop their Comprehensive School Improvement Plans . AEA 5 is working closely with the Iowa Department of Education to provide leadership and support for districts as they participate in the school improvement process.
		Comprehensive Plan Work Sessions Four Comprehensive School Improvement Planning work sessions are scheduled for the '99-'00 school year. These sessions are hands-on work days to help your district accomplish the tasks needed to comply with HF2272 and the writing of the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.		Online School Improvement Modules Designed to be used with a local learning team, these "anytime, anywhere" mini-courses of study allow faculty an opportunity to make well informed decisions both for the district and for the students. Each module is based on rich, informative readings, research and activities.
