Mike Denley Carpentry

Fine English and American Furniture designed and built using traditional methods and selected woods to your requirements.

Mike Denley is a Cabinet Maker from the County of Sussex in England. He trained at Rycotewood College in Thame, near Oxford, England and is now working to establish a  reputation for fine furniture in Minneapolis.

His methods are traditional, so although you may have to wait a little longer for your commission, you can be assured that every piece of timber has been hand selected and every joint has been hand crafted. Your chosen design will be unique to your household and will become an heirloom in your family.

Whilst working in England, Mike Denley was commissioned to design, build and document a number of projects for the popular "Traditional Woodworking" Magazine. His work includes Traditional Kitchen 'Dressers' in Pine and Oak, Spice Racks, Bedroom furniture, Occasional Tables, American 'Shaker' style tables to a set of English Library steps in solid Walnut.

He is also an accomplished relief carver and so, if you wish, your commission could also include a carving of perhaps your family crest or another design of your choice.
